Great phones, yes Greater plans for sure, but, the customer service is pathetic. They overcharged me on every bill so far. I have spent hours on the phone; they do nothing to fix the problem. In fact, twice they hung up on me. They say they will get back to you....never once have they. It's the most ineffective service I have ever endured. The whole package is going back to Walmart. I am sooooooooooo frustrated. It's like they know you can't do anything about it...by the short and curlies, they've got you.
NOT this guy. Down with Koodo. My advice, don't get sucked into the the plans. Don't fork over a penny to this joke of a company.
