Good plans and equipment but incompetent customer service.

Although the service operates well on the technical side (with some limitations), the customer service is the pits.
I have EXCELLENT credit and jusrt like one of the posters said, they refused to activate a second line (first wasw for my daughter, second would be for my son).
It appears that their CSRs are offshore and simply can't help with any issue that they can't access from their system. And just you try to get a supervisor!!!
This kind of hassle has negated all the savings from their plan after 6 months, within a simple phone call session.
Koodo, the Trabant of cell phone providers. I'm glad they're not my primary provider. Fit for the Pit!
