the 'unlimited eveything' for $40. What you don't know about it:

- If you are not in a service area, your phone automatically starts charging roaming. Yes, even if you are not talking. How? why? there are some apps that you cannot stop from working, and will continue being connected.

- Service Area: if you know that you are within their service area ( their map drawing of their service area) during the whole month, how come you get roaming charges. After multiple talks with Customer Service reps, they insist that you have been outside the service area. They will not believe you, they will insist on their version, regardless. Conclusion, your bill will never really be $40.

- Their phones. The Samsung Galaxy series. after 4 months, it loses battery every 4-6 hours, not a single call. You talk to them, you get different opinions. After being sent to the main service store,
he says: this is very normal for such a phone.
Well, it was not like this the first 4 months!!!
I can tell you that those 4 months are the abnormal thing.

- What else: the GPS function. it shows it's accurate within 1600 m. In other words, if I'm at the U of A, and the phone points to downtown, it's considered within accuray measures. Going to the same famous 'main service store'. It's still under warranty. Yeah, sure. you have to pay to get it fixed. WHAT!!!. Yes, sir, this is the policy of all service providers. So wtf is the freaking warranty for?!! the service reps are programmed to repeat the same answer like an answering machine.

In summary, lies and lies and lies, poor customer service, non-professional, and NO signal 30% of the time even the same location when you know the signal is strong usually.
