Worst Service I've Ever Used!

First off, I was misinformed by the salesperson at London Drugs where I signed up for this horrible service. I was originally going to go with Fido, but he convinced me that Koodo was the better service provider to go with and that they had better customer service. The phone I liked the best was one of Koodo's, so I reluctantly went with them. Only after I signed my life away, did I find out that they don't have any customer service that you don't get charged for! I'm not talking about a 50 cent fee here and there, I'm talking about $10 and $20 charges! You can email them for free, if they decide to ever answer you. I have yet to receive an honest, complete answer from them, and those are the emails they bothered to answer. Their cellular service itself is horrible as well. Dropped calls, texts received 48 hrs after they were sent, and only receiving half of my voicemail messages are the norm. I would have switched carriers, but then I would have had to pay out my tab, and it was not worth it.

Those people working for Koodo were train to lie and get money out of you by pet talking. They know what you want: cheap service, so they tell you what you want. But once you're jumped into their traps, there is no way out of it.
