Not too bad of a company
I have been with Bell since 2006, on and off. So far, I have received more than an "average" service with them. Because I have been a so-called "loyal" customer, they gave me discount on my monthly bill which is now not only with my mobility; but also, with my home services which are fibe tv and internet. True, that every month I have to scrutinize my bills under one "microscope." BUT, when mistakes were made, they did reconcile the mistakes and I always ask for some sort of confirmation number and I would log my call (day and time)--just in case the next rep will try to doubt me (because I DID have several of those).
Services---so far I am impressed with their overall services. On an occasion, I WILL get that ODD customer service rep. But, it IS expected. Money saving schemes that BELL advertised with their bundle service, well, they DO save you money albeit NOT very much...
I have been with Rogers and Telus --- the other 3 big wigs and their knock offs such as Fido, Virgin, and Koodo in the last 12 years. Overall, the ONLY two companies that I recommend are Bell and Fido.
Will I stay with Bell? ONLY time can tell, if they are going to treat me the way they treated me in the next 2 years than may be. If NOT, there are the other 2 big wigs ... that are unfortunately I would have to go back to... well scratch Rogers, it will be Shaw.
