NOOO! customer service at all!!!!!!
If you need help you are ALL out of luck here!!
My BB curve trackball stopped working 3-4months ago and I have been passed around ever since. Each time they say they wished they could help me, but say sorry and put me back on hold. I have lost count how maney times I have phoned them. I go to the Waterloo sales office, the Cambridge sales office the "warrenty" sales office in fairway mall Kitchener and each time I get the "I'm so sorry sir, you have to call in" I call in and they say go to the "warrenty" centre in Fairway mall Kitchener. What a joke!!! If you call in you are put on hold for over 30mins, only to be told the same thing.
If i put my name on the replacment phone list, nothing ever comes in or they have no notes.
They hung up on me twice today! :) oh, joy Way to keep your customers.
You have to wounder why the review rating are SOOOO BAD??????
Stay away from WIND!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE Wind Mobile has undoubtedly provided the worst customer service. You guys should just do the honorable thing and close your operation. You are definately not ready for the demands of the telecom nor the customer service expectations that comes with it.
