My BB curve trackball stopped working 3-4months ago and I have been passed around ever since. Each time they say they wished they could help me, but say sorry and put me back on hold. I have lost count how maney times I have phoned them. I go to the Waterloo sales office, the Cambridge sales office the "warrenty" sales office in fairway mall Kitchener and each time I get the "I'm so sorry sir, you have to call in" I call in and they say go to the "warrenty" centre in Fairway mall Kitchener. What a joke!!! If you call in you are put on hold for over 30mins, only to be told the same thing.
If i put my name on the replacment phone list, nothing ever comes in or they have no notes.
They hung up on me twice today! :) oh, joy Way to keep your customers.
You have to wounder why the review rating are SOOOO BAD??????
