While I do think that Koodo has some decent plans compared to other companies there are more intangibles to consider than just your bill and not having a contract. First off the customer service is by far the worst that I have ever dealt with. They promise call backs and never call back. Their phones are out of date. Text messages go through 90% of the time. The Tab option is not worth it once you do pay off the phone since you probably wont want to re new your service after you pay it off. The coverage is the same as Telus' network which isn't too bad but on their phones to other Koodo subscribers there always seems to be a 1 sec or so lag in conversations. All in all I would NOT recommend Koodo and if you do, monitor your account daily or you will be dealing with rude reps who use the hold button for 20 min at a time without checking in.
