Numerous Errors

1. They denied me a koodo phone stating I had a poor credit rating (I had an excellent one).
2. They apologized for THEIR error in the application which resulted in this "poor" credit rating which I had to correct with the Equifax (national credit rating company).
3. Gave the required 30 day notice to cancel and paid the final bill in Oct/08.
4. Koodo stated they never received an payment for last bill, but when I provided them with a verification #, they admitted to receiving payment, but koodo kept billing me.
5. Called several more times and spoke with customer service and their financial services who agreed I owed nothing, and in fact Koodo owed me a small sum of money.
6. Nov 28/08 Received another bill from koodo stating I owe them approx $138.00 plus late payment fees. Called Koodo again who said it was THEIR error. If it is THEIR error, can someone, ANYONE at koodo please correct them.
