NOT UNLIMITED LONG DISTANCE

Every month I get my koodo bill and there are huge long distance charges on it. Every month I call and remind them that I have added unlimited long distance to my plan. Every month they tell me that I don't have unlimited long distance and that there is nothing they can do about it, but charge me $10.00 to add it to my plan, and then they don't add it. This has gone on for 4 months. I also have to say that these are the least helpful customer service people I have ever dealt with.
