Customer Service Worst I Have Ever Experienced!
I have a prepaid phone where I pay $20.00 per month for the 5 favorite number feature and then I top up a second account on my own for other usage. I have had to call them over 10 times in the last 6 months because they either charge me airtime for the 5 numbers or they take money from the 20.00 paid monthly for general air time. I have even had a "manager" (and I use that description loosely) attend to corrections twice and they still have it screwed up!! I have had it with them and will be dropping them for Verizon.
