Fraudulent plans and inept customer service
Im currently on hold to speak to a supervisor and have been for 30 minutes - probably all a part of their conniving plan. We signed put daughter up for a $25 a month plan and were shocked to get a $80+ bill the first month because we are being charged roaming rates for calls and texts in our home city. Many calls later and no progress. Thry've just shut off her phone becAuse we haven't paid the bullshit bill. No one wants to fix the issue they just say "we'll call you in 5 days" and no call happens. Pay the extra and save yourself the hassle of dealing with absolute REtards.
All I want to do now is pay what I rightfully owe for the 2 months we had service (not 3x the amount like they want), buy out the phone and say a big f*#k you to the company!
