Koodo mobile is the worst company to go with. I cancelled my phone mid march after dealing with a lot of stuff and having many problems, and when I was on the phone with Koodo they said that I just had to go onto my account and pay the remaining balance on my tab for the phone which I found to be 100% understandable and I understood that i would have to do that when i signed on. I did pay the remaining amount. I went with another company mid march, and did not use Koodo services from then on.
In June I receive a bill from Koodo saying that I owe 107.00 for the month of may. First off how is that possible since i was not using their services and my phone was cancelled! I emailed and called numerous times telling them that I cancelled and I was NOT going to pay the bill because I did not use the services and that I had cancelled. They sent me more letters/bills in the mail and threaten to go to a collection agency. I do NOT recommend this company at all. They will rip you off at every opportunity they can.
