Bell is nothing but a money hungry scam artist filled company. They let my bill rack up to $1000 by adding little costs here and there. Without warning my bill was that high or cutting off my phone, they sent me to collections. Since than I have had nothing but problems trying to solve things. Now that I have cancelled my plan they are charging me and extra $500 to buy out my 6 month contract. I would never recommend them to anyone.
To top it off the phone support staff are rude and not understanding at all.
Much happier with Telus.

By not paying your Bell bill your account was sold off to a collections agency. This means that there is now a red mark on your credit rating. Telus will have to run you through a credit check again when you want to return to them. The problem now is you will be denied service on the basis of that reporting to the credit bureau. Good luck with that.
