HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY DONT VALUE EXISTING CUSTOMERS!!!

I have been a wind customer since its inception in Canada. I put up with crappy service and reception while they build towers, I stuck with them even when I had no service in areas where I needed service (like my home). Recently, my lcd screen in my blackberry broke. Since my warrenty had long expired I hoped to purchase a new phone. They would not sell me the phone I wanted though, stating that since i was an existing customer I would have to wait 10 days til the end of the month to give new customers a chance to buy it. To me this is very bad policy it is treating hopeful customers better than existing ones. So my advice to anyone considering changing to Wind is dont, they will treat you well until they get you then they will forget about you. My grandma would say a bird in hand is worth two in the bush, and that is some advice that Wind should take!
