100% satisfied so far

I chose a monthly plan with Virgin Mobile for my first cell phone. Although I’ve had no previous experience with other companies, I have to say that I am 100% satisfied as they have exceeded my expectation with their completely hassle free and forgiving service. When I originally purchased my phone, it was not functioning due to glitches within the gadget. I was capable of returning it without any hassle or questions asked and they were very understanding of my concerns. They gave me some options in regards to my returns but I ultimately chose the same model. The employee applied a new screen protector to the new device. When I realized that there was some lint underneath the screen protector a few hours later (hardly noticeable to be honest but I didn’t want it there) he gave me an exchange and a new application without any hassle – he was very understanding and said “don’t worry, this was my mistake I will fix it right away”. The staff was capable of answering all of my questions and they were very helpful and patient in dealing with me. I would recommend them to others without any restraint.
