I have had 2 phones with them both on contracts. They have added 1 year of contract to each of the phones without my consent. I have the documentation to prove that I had a certain contract. Do your research and fight them in every way. They run a criminal style customer service team that needs serious reviews and audits. I would never speak in good faith about Virgin Mobile until the day I die. Terrible waste of people, resources and skills. False marketing and misleading and imaginary bullying practices. Stay far far away. Sir Richard Brandson needs a TV show to help his company's customer service out.
