New Wind score is ZERO!

The overall Wind score is 4/10 taking into account all ratings from the start of all input. But this is misleading. If you look at all the recent reviews since the changes at Wind you will see that the true score is 0/10. Mode and median scores are zero out of ten and the mean score is also zero when using whole numbers.
It would be good it there could be a sub-score for each provider that shows the average score for the past 6 or 3 months. This would show which carriers are getting better and which ones are getting worse. This would be fairer and more beneficial to customers.
