Do not use Bell 411 directory assistance. They charge you 2.49 and they can't even provide you with the correct information. Not only that when you use 411 the announcement that comes on before they request your information clearly says it is now FREE!!!!!! I decided to use it more often when I discovered my bill to state an amount $24.00 extra....I checked my bill to see what the extra charge was...and low and behold it was the 411 directory assistance. I called to explain my concern about how when I used the service of 411 the operator continuously gave me wrong information!!!! Not once did I receive the correct information. I asked for a refund and Bell blatantly said no way!!!! Even if they operator gave me the wrong information or could not find the number requested even thought I know it is with the Bell Directory!!!! They said you use it we charge you regardless of any errors made by the operator!!!!! Can you imagine the arrogance of BELL MOBILITY!!!!! Don't bother either with their so called Supervisor.....they are useless...all of them!!!!!!!!! Go direct to "Retention Dept" !!! Threaten them with cancellation..and see what happens... I HATE BELL MOBILITY AND...ALL CARRIERS ARE SATAN ON EARTH....Not one acknowledges customer loyalty.....not as far as I have heard.....We as customers should cancel all of communication devices in protest for better rates and service....now that's a wrap!!!!!!!.
