How can we fight back?..calling a lawyer for help

I have been overcharged by Roger for years, to the tune of thousands of dallars. I finally found someone who understood and admitted that yes they were overbilling me, but said they could only go back 3 months, and for my inconvienience they would waive some made up transfere fee.

My very next bill was over $1,000.00 ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I have been trying to reach management at rogers for 3 weeks now, going over and over my story. To no avail. Then I was finally transfered to RICHARD. A psychopath working for Rogers.

Yes I believe one of the qualifications you have to have to work for Rogers is that you must meet the criteria for a psychopath as specified in the DSM VI

Supervisor RICHARD, has no empathy, understanding or conscience, as a matter of fact he takes pleasure in hurting and further victimizing the already ripped off customer, apparently it gives him some sort of morbid power tripping pleasure. Poor RICHARD has no self esteem and is so insecure about himself that he hides behind the power of his job to tell customers (who by the way are paying his wages) how much he does not care what their story is. He is NOT reimbursing them the money Rogers stole from them and if you do not pay their fabricated bill, then Rogers will sic their corporate giant big bad bullies who will eat you alive, and ruin your life and your credit.

This is their imtimadation tenique, that they are so well trained in.

God there must be something we can do to stop this insanity. I estimated that I have over paid Rogers for about 7 years; they refuse to look back more than 3 months. Try getting through their sea of psychopathic man eating sharks, before talking to yet another psychopathic supervisor, or manager. Good luck with that, it’s impossible.

In the mean time they bill you whatever they want and if you don’t pay, out comes the credit destroying bully. Oh by the way if you want out, they will charge you for opting out of the contract. All this while they have overbilled you for years and continue to overbill you.

So what are they expecting customers to do?
You must continue to pay these bills knowing full well that you’re overpaying and will never get a penny back. I THINK NOT. I SAY NO!! DAMM IT NO. THIS CRAP HAS GOT TO STOP SOMEWHERE.

Where are the consumer’s rights in all this?

The media approaches Rogers, they admit to their mistake, according to the CTV news on June 18th 2010. CTV Toronto - Rogers to pay back $30M over billing blunder - Whew! This appeasement will keep the press of their back for a while.
However when the customer calls to report their overbilling and what to they get….PSYCHOPATIC SHARKS.

Who have been trained, coached and brainwashed, not to; under any circumstance refund, return of credit any one anything. And above all never ever allow a customer to speak to a manager. Who, I’m sure are iodated with phone calls of consumers wanting their money back.

It’s time to fight back, HOW? Let’s find a Lawyer who is willing to take on the entire Rogers’s customers list and fight back as a giant collective.

Go to all the local News Papers in your towns and cities with your stories, make others aware of it, let others start scrutizing their bills; I’m sure there are millions more in the same boat.

Stand up and refuse to pay your bill, this is something the media is aware of, it’s no secret, I’m sure the credit bureau will eventually see that it’s not bad credit on the part of all these people but bad customer service and fraud on the part of Rogers.

Get as many people as possible to switch their carrier. Post on Face book, Twitter, whatever and however we can get the word out……

I SAY ENOUGH.

Rogers will not be getting one more penny out of me, not now not ever. I have paid throught the nose for nothing but bad customer service, fraud, and abuse... NO MORE.
