Telus is true to 'Customer Loyalty'

On my 2nd- 3 year contract after having started out as a Pay and Talk customer. Telus 1-800 went out of their way to sign me up for a 2nd contract. Free call display and call waiting for 3 years! I find service consistantly upbeat, knowledgeable and professional. Recently had hardware problems, still within 1 year warranty on BB. Brought phone to store and they ordered new BB, no questions asked. Again upbeat, knowledgeable and professional!
