I'm not sure what experiences had others with their customer service, I had always a nice contact with them, never tried to make me buy any extra, always very transparent about my phone usage and real necessities ? And the plan was pretty good, at one point I need to change my plan (my needs changed) and they were open to negotiate an even better deal without any need to put pressure on them, ok I called them 3 times before I got the deal but that's to be expected anywhere. I mean, if you have a nice attitude and reasonable demands, they always give the same back. Always kind representatives and never had to wait too long to get one on the phone. Maybe I was lucky.
