Telus: The future is doomed

Well if that was there slogan at least it would be the truth. If every company operated the way Telus does the future would be screwed. I have been with them for one term (3 years) and i have had 2 extremely bad experiences before canceling so i wouldn't have to deal with the headaches. (which cost me over $500 to get out of my contract)

Overall the worst quality about Telus is there customer service, which is nonexistent. I was on hold for 3 hours ( several attempts over the course of the day). Until I decided to try there 1-866 number and followed the menu to a agent as a new customer looking for information ... I was talking to somebody within 5 minutes!

Advice, Don t use Telus as your service provider, once you sign your name you are considered a number that owes them money, And they treat you as such. If you use them anyway ... get pay as you go. Then after a few months of horrible service at least you can walk away without having to pay $500 plus to get out.
