Telus; Pathetic and Rude

After 10 years with Telus and 2 phone accounts I just have to give them up. Absolutely pathetic customer service and rudeness beyond belief!! When I asked to speak to a customer service supervisor, it was a French Quebecer from Rimouski. He immediately told me he didn't want to hear my problems but just to give him my information so he could fix a 3 month old problem they created!! At that point 2 accounts were cancelled. Have had ongoing customer service problems for years and should have let them go years ago!!
