I have been with Koodo for a year with the LG Shine. I only talk and text, so I don`t need a iPhone or Blackberry.
During the past year, I had to replace my phone once because the screen blacked out all the time, camera stopped working, couldn`t sent picture mail or MMS.
I DO like Koodo`s customer service, everytime I have a billing problem, they always correct it. Very good coverage in Nova Scotia, but I do experience A LOT of delayed text messages (30mins sometimes).
I don`t like how Koodo is CDMA, I would prefer the SIM Card and GSM coverage with Fido. More options for transfering contacts and texts from phone to phone.
Fido doesn`t have the Canada-wide Five Essential plan though, plus they have activation fees, contracts, and fees for plan changes and number changes.

All in all, I DO like Koodo, besides their text messaging delays and duplicates!!
