I made a huge mistake by choosing Koodo last year ... Fido was offering the exact same plan but I chose Koodo (STUPID MOVE)!

Their plans are no longer the cheapest ... they have increased their prices since summer and their system is screwed! Before the summer their $20 plan had 100 airtime mins but they reduced that to 50 mins now! They have increased the price for the add-ons as well ... all of them used to be $1 cheaper ...

Now let me tell you about their system. It has some serious issues ... I sometimes don't receive the texts that my friends send me! You might think this is not important but think twice! Several times my friends were mad at me because they thought I am deliberately ignoring their messages! Another issue I have is with calling ... Sometimes when people call me or I call them I hear them but they don't hear me! When this happens I have to turn off my cell and turn it back on to fix the issue ... This might be a handset issue but again its their fault for giving us crappy cells ... They don't offer a solid and durable cell phone without fancy features for a good price ... Their cheapest is my Samsung U410 which is not a good phone ... it does stupid crap like the one I mentioned even though it was brand new (not refreshed) ... So I suggest you to not sign up with Koodo ... Fido offers same plans and their network is Rogers' so its pretty reliable ...
