i've been with koodo for a year and a half, i havent changed companies because i cant afford an expensive bill nor do i want a contract so thats the only thing i stay for!

1) i live across the river from the states so i constantly get roming charges and i call every month to get it fixed and one month they told me not to talk on my phone in a certain area and they cant fix my bill because ive called about the same problem so many times

2) MY TEXTS NEVER WORK, i call and get them pushed thru and its always "a nation wide problem" i have also had problems with incomming calls, i missed work & important calls

3) it doesnt say ANYWHERE on the website and the ppl on the phone dont tell you that when you change your minutes on your plan, your minutes get cut in half.. and they told me the perspn i talked to on the phone should have told me and its my fault! so i had to pay the extra 10$.

4) i wait 40 mins to get hung up on, very bad customer service

5) BAD RECEPTION
