My girlfriend is wiih the Koodo Tab and it has been nothing but problems. She has a plan that is $89 per month but each month when she received her bill, the amount due is usually around $150.
Back in December she paid her bill of about $130 A WEEK BEFORE it was due, and then on the bill due date her phone was cut off because Koodo did not receive payment. She had to go to the bank get the statement saying she paid it which took about 2 weeks to do and Koodo does not have a fax machine so she couldnt even give Koodo the confirmation number. Her phone was cut off for 3 weeks and in order for her to get her phone working again she had to pay another $130 (pretty much paying January's bill in Decemeber STEALING HER MONEY) On top of paying for 2 months in December they charged her an extra $30 hook-up fee for Koodo's MISTAKE!!

BUT....

Koodo has to work on accomplishing customer satisfaction and do what they are paid to do.

Koodo Customer Service is almost non-existent, they have no supervisors, they do have a toll free number to call and leave a message but no one ever calls you back. My girlfriend has left several messages at their toll free number and not once received a call back from them.

I myself am with Rogers and have only had 1 little problem in 11 years where my service was cut off but it was resolved in 5 minutes and my account credited.

NOTE: Do your homework when looking for a Cell Phone, research the company, find a history of the company (years of service), reviews before you get locked into a Contract... just like job searching, dont expect to get a job at a company if you dont know anything about the company.
