Koodo Surprise

I’ve been with Koodo since October 2008 and have chosen them because of the affordable plans and nice phones.
I have been paying my bill online from the beginning every month, but recently, have accidentally paid Koodo twice in a month. First payment was my billed amount and the second was originally for my credit card but somehow end up with Koodo.
Called customer service right away regarding my mistake and explained what happened. The customer service personnel asked me to call after three days and check with them again.
Once again, I called them after three days wishing to talk to the right guy because the first person seems to be a newbie with Koodo. Explained my situation again and received an answer that my extra payment would be returned.
I was expecting Koodo to return them in a month or so, but was surprised that in a few days my check arrived in the mail.
Great service Koodo!!! I’ve been telling this story to my friends and family and was grateful too.
