In my opinion Koodo is a great company. Their service is fine, plans are great, and you can't go wrong with the prices.

Phones; Yes Koodo does not have the pretty, up to date, loaded with features phones that all the other companies have but they do what you need them to do. What you need to know is that they are your basic phones with your basic features.

The plans: I've been comparing plan prices with many different companies such as: Bell, Rogers, Telus, etc. nd Koodo does end up being the cheapest. The next closest one is Fido. I'm currently paying $33.90 a month with my plan, and its loaded with everything I need; unlimited incoming and outgoing text, unlimited evening and weekends, 100 min (not that much but i don't really make calls), call display, and other little things. I'm happy with my plan.

Texting: I've been reading some of the other reviews on this site, and i think they are exaggerating a bit too much when it comes to texting. Yes, there have been days where texting has Sucked. But, it's not like an everyday thing. I've been with them for over a year now and the "bad texting" has only happened around 3 times. You just need to have a little patience.

Customer service: I have called them a few times wanting to ask questions. Each time i called they were kind and were able to answer my questions. This is the same for the kiosk in the mall. They know their stuff and are very helpful.

Billing: Koodo is great with keeping your bills with the same consistent price. All my bills have ranged from $33-$35. There was one month were my bill came to double what i usually paid but i got down to think about it and it was my fault, i made more calls than i usually did that month, i wasnt careful and in the end i ended up paying for my mistake. One thing i don't like is that if i accident go on the browser and quickly exit out of it they still charge you for it. Also, my sister lives in Guelph, and if she calls my cell phone i get charged for long distance even though i did not make the call.

Overall: Every company is going to have their pros and their cons. What you have to do is DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE MAKING A DECISION. I did my research before choosing a company, and i was intrigued with what koodo had to offer. Koodo has been great with me, i have yet to have a problem with them and i hope this continues. I plan on staying a koodo customer for a long time.
