wonder who writes the glowing reviews of Rogers

I can't help but notice that although most people agree Rogers
is awful and has terrible customers service etc, these glowing reviews are posted as well. I have been talking with other Rogers customers and they are all unhappy, most only stick with Rogers for the I-phone. So I wonder who would post these glowing reviews?
I also think that since their current customer base is so dissatisfied
and I am sure the same can be said for Telus, perhaps we should instead push for more Carriers other than the big 3.
Countries that have much lower rates do so by having multiple suppliers that must in turn be more competitive with their plans as well as try to actually provide customer service to keep customer loyal. There is a bigger issue, we need more options, which with pressure the government will eventually allow. Which of course would be wonderful if their own arrogance and terrible service was actually their undoing instead of just the course of doing business.
