We have been with Primus Canada for a lot of years now. We enjoy their Home phone services. We have been with Primus Canada for a lot of years now. We enjoy their Home phone services. Just bought a HTC Magic from Primus to replace my broken phone and I could say that phone is the best and the wireless plans are just awesome. Primus's Customer Service is just awesome and much better than Fido and Telus which offers poor customer service. Since they use Rogers Network wireless reception is great in my local calling area (Edmonton) and they also provide roaming in Canada and around the world.

I have had Primus land line and wireless internet services for over 6 years. I have ALWAYS had great and consistent customer services with the IT dept, and customer service and any problems i have ever had has been quickly retified in a few days. I have had Primus land line and wireless internet services for over 6 years. I have ALWAYS had great and consistent customer services with the IT dept, and customer service and any problems i have ever had has been quickly retified in a few days. Primus also provides cutomer loyalty-unlike other tele-communication compnies.
I will be switching my cell phone to Primus when my contract with Fido ends in a couple of months. I have been through Roger and Bell - they have alright service and the worst is Fido. Fido has the Worst customer service -in store and online.

The staff are excellent in helping me gettng my sim card ready for my unlocked phone. Their monthly plans are pretty cheap and talk quality is not that bad but sometimes you can get dropped calls but $50 for 250 min and 500mb data its is not that bad. Their monthly plans are pretty cheap and talk quality is not that bad but sometimes you can get dropped calls but $50 for 250 min and 500mb data its is not that bad. You also get airmiles with wireless service. I heard many people said their service are not that good but maybe they are wrong I have no problems with their service.
