Great plans, decent store employees, decent selection for such a small provider. Never had a problem with the bills being wrong or charging me for something they told me was free, none of that Rogers BS.

It took less than an hour to realize what a pain it was to deal with the Mobilicity reps on the phone. It took less than a day to realize that, if they screw up, it is on you to pay for their mistakes. Really???

I have never had a problem (ie dropped call) with Mobi in Vancouver. The artificially high prices set by the big 3 cartel are finally exposed.
