Called customer service once. No problem. The service is not great when inside buildings. They really need to improve there. My office is downtown Toronto around the corner from one of their stores. No luck in my office. I can walk down the hall and get 4bars. Price is still excellent.

Great plans, decent store employees, decent selection for such a small provider. Never had a problem with the bills being wrong or charging me for something they told me was free, none of that Rogers BS.

It took less than an hour to realize what a pain it was to deal with the Mobilicity reps on the phone. It took less than a day to realize that, if they screw up, it is on you to pay for their mistakes. Really???
