I have had the WORST customer service with this company. They lied outright to me when I bought my Nokia 710 last year, saying that it could be unlocked for my international travel. I paid $250 for it (I know, I know), and own it outright, but it has proved impossible to unlock by any '3rd party'... More
I have had the WORST customer service with this company. They lied outright to me when I bought my Nokia 710 last year, saying that it could be unlocked for my international travel. I paid $250 for it (I know, I know), and own it outright, but it has proved impossible to unlock by any '3rd party' providers because Mobilicity, alone of all the 'major' carriers as far as I can tell, has never, and apparently will never, release codes that would free it. I was gouged, and have been cheated (and the Windows phone is awful too by the way, no battery life, almost no bluetooth compatibility, has never interfaced correctly with my Mac laptop, even with the correct software installed). BUT, the worst part is that the 'customer-service' department is a stonewall. They have been rude, cut me off, and there is no way to register a complaint that will ever be noted. I hate Mobilicity and as soon as the year I paid in advance for (such a mistake!) is up. I am gone. Cut my losses. Never again. I wanted to give the company a chance. I wanted to like them. But they suck.

Basically the internet network is down more than half the day, or over crowed and so slow that it's unusable. It's a real rip-off, even more so when it's advertised as unlimited data (the plan I have). Changing company soon...

Maybe back when the internet didn't work so good. Unlimited texting? How about "unable to send at this time." Free Voicemail? Great, because I couldn't receive calls most of the time. My phone with Mobilicity went out of service so often the battery would die on my phone every 5 hours from constantly roaming and looking for signal that wasn't there. I thought the problem was the phone at first! They told me to pay 3 months upfront and then would not give me a refund when I became fed up at the service. Yes, I called for a refund. And yes, I had to use my friend's phone who is on Fido (a great provider btw). Mobilicity you provided me with the worst customer experience I've ever had and wouldn't give me my hard earned money back. For that I say screw you Mobilicity, you stink.

I was told by mobilicity customer service should be charged $3.50 a minute for voice 0.50 per text outgoing incoming free. guess what minimum charge per voice is 5minutes plus seconds you talked,also for calling a number with no connection 5 minute charge, sending text that doesn't go anywher there... I bought a google phone from them 6 months ago I've been with them for 2yrs and my battery died and phone wouldn't hold a charge. I take it into we're I bought it at store in Brampton, and they tell me they won't do anything for me because I have no receipt and said there is no way... More
I bought a google phone from them 6 months ago I've been with them for 2yrs and my battery died and phone wouldn't hold a charge. I take it into we're I bought it at store in Brampton, and they tell me they won't do anything for me because I have no receipt and said there is no way telling if I bought the phone because they don't keep records which is a lie. So they tell me I have to buy a new battery or phone even though I just paid 650$ for the phone 6 months ago. And I just paid my phone bill too, so I said cancel my service and give me back my money for the month since I don't have a phone. Customer service said I paid the bill at 1pm and since its 4pm we can't refund your money because I made one phone call. Long story short I have no phone and canceled service time to go with a real company people.

Have been with them for 14 months in GTA region. The reception is good outdoors but is bad in basements and malls. There are few dropped calls. Decent I would say considering I pay only $12.5 for unlimited talk and text per month

This service drops calls repeatedly - sometimes to the point I literally cannot use the service because it cannot maintain a call for more than 10 seconds. I would love to support the smaller independents however this really is not a viable phone service provider. Doubtful that they will be around... More
This service drops calls repeatedly - sometimes to the point I literally cannot use the service because it cannot maintain a call for more than 10 seconds. I would love to support the smaller independents however this really is not a viable phone service provider. Doubtful that they will be around in a couple of years. Customer service is also very dismal as they have very poor knowledge and do not even respond.
