Wind Mobile's vision of freeing Canadian’s from mobile restrictions is a breath of fresh air in the mobile market

Hagop Barounian from TechFibe ( about 1 year ago )

Thankfully I haven’t had the need to call customer service more than a few occasions. So I can only comment on those rare circumstances. When I called customer service, I was always greeted happily by the representative and had any questions or issues resolved truthfully (which is actually a great... More

Digital Home
Good value and good service

Hugh Thompson from Digital Home ( about 1 year ago )

From sales to support to usage, my experience with Mobilicity in Toronto has been excellent and I am confident in recommending the service. The potential downside to Mobilicity, which may affect Digital Home readers is the companies limited number of retail locations, lack of iPhone support and service... More

For the low end cash based consumers

Yale Holder from myCELLmyTERMS ( over 3 years ago )

Mobilicity’s strategy is an interesting one. A largely prepaid offering which includes data cell phones or smartphones, which is not a typical prepaid offering but targeted at the low end cash based consumers. It remains to be seen however, if their target segment, low end, prepaid leaning customers... More

I have had the WORST customer service with this company. They lied outright to me when I bought my Nokia 710 last year, saying that it could be unlocked for my international travel. I paid $250 for it (I know, I know), and own it outright, but it has proved impossible to unlock by any '3rd party'... More

Basically the internet network is down more than half the day, or over crowed and so slow that it's unusable. It's a real rip-off, even more so when it's advertised as unlimited data (the plan I have). Changing company soon...

Fair is giving adequate service for money paid. If you give me $45/month, I'll give you the same service Mobilicity gave me. That would be a great deal for one of us. Waddya say? Unlimited internet? Maybe back when the internet didn't work so good. Unlimited texting? How about "unable... More

Have been with them for 14 months in GTA region. The reception is good outdoors but is bad in basements and malls. There are few dropped calls. Decent I would say considering I pay only $12.5 for unlimited talk and text per month

I've been using Mobilicity's service for almost a month now in the Greater Vancouver Region. I spend a lot of time at SFU (Burnaby Campus) Reception: 6.5/10 - In Vancouver, it's mostly good, but on campus, there are many spots where it flickers between 1 or no bars of reception - which... More

I was with another low cost carrier and when I moved into the GTA my calls kept dropping. I went into a Mobilicity store, this was a year and a half ago and asked about their service. The person I spoke with offered me a loaner to try for one day. I tried it and was pleasantly surprised. The very next... More

This service drops calls repeatedly - sometimes to the point I literally cannot use the service because it cannot maintain a call for more than 10 seconds. I would love to support the smaller independents however this really is not a viable phone service provider. Doubtful that they will be around... More
