Been with Koodo over a year no problems with service or billing. Text messaging is frustrating..I send a text to my daughters and they recieve it 2 or three times and I only sent it once. Would like to see newer model phones

I've been with Rogers 3 years and they never answered the phone within 30 minutes, even once. I called koodo three times in the last few days and i was connected with a rep almost immediately every single time. koodo's plans are cheap, the phones are sort of crappy, but their customer services reps are extremely rude and condescending. definitely leaves an unpleasant taste in my mouth each time i have to deal with anyone from their company!
Koodo is the best of the bunch!
