i've had my Koodo phne now for like 2 years now, could not have a better phone, i do have one of the first Samsung phones that they got, but the service is amazing. i pay like 25 bucks a month, i can text as much as i want to, and i have plenty of minutes.

On 1 april they blocked my service by any reason without any explication and any call.

i feel like my money is being stolen from me, i usually pay $40 a month, for a phone that barely has service.. i cant text or call so i feel like carrying my phone around is a huge waste of time.. ive asked koodo in person to fix it and was only given a number to call which did not work, i atleast expected... I got my samsung phone about 6 months ago. I only pay 25 bucks a month and text all day long. I never go over my minutes and i've never had any problems whatsoever.
I wish koodo offered better phones like the iphone or blackberry but for the money, it's a great value.

About 3 weeks ago the screen on my phone took a crap, called customer service which is a TOTAL joke and told them whats up. they said all they can do is send out a new phone which ended up costing me an extra 250 bucks on top of a bill thats 250 for two phones on a $25 plan even though my phone was broken...... I got a Keybo for my birthday 2 months ago and I haven't stopped texting since. I was with Rogers before and I always had to watch my bills to make sure I don't go over my limits. I did, a few times. Been with Koodo over a year no problems with service or billing. Text messaging is frustrating..I send a text to my daughters and they recieve it 2 or three times and I only sent it once. Would like to see newer model phones

I found my lost\stolen phone but find out i am charged for bthe month of feb $100 and then they canceled my service for no payment of $294. they tell me when i reported my phone i only suspened my service and are being charged for feb.... koodo's plans are cheap, the phones are sort of crappy, but their customer services reps are extremely rude and condescending. definitely leaves an unpleasant taste in my mouth each time i have to deal with anyone from their company!
