I'm new so I will reserve judgement on the service aspect. Kiosk salesperson very helpful. Price is certainly hard to beat. Phones available are fine.
I've dealt with Rogers & Bell. Bell won't get another cent of my money; Rogers are ok.

I gave them the number to take the money directly in my bank account and they made a mistake when they applied my bank account to someone else's Koodo's account.

I bought a Koodo phone (the samsung slide) at Christmas and I'm pretty happy with what I have. I'm on their Unlimited incoming combo and average about 3,000 minutes every month, so that works out to be a penny a minute. I also call Pakistan on the weekends and that cost me just 5 cents a minute.... More
