I'm new so I will reserve judgement on the service aspect. Kiosk salesperson very helpful. Price is certainly hard to beat. Phones available are fine.

Be aware that there is no service with this company.
I gave them the number to take the money directly in my bank account and they made a mistake when they applied my bank account to someone else's Koodo's account.

I bought a Koodo phone (the samsung slide) at Christmas and I'm pretty happy with what I have. I'm on their Unlimited incoming combo and average about 3,000 minutes every month, so that works out to be a penny a minute.
