I looked into various cell phone companies here in Ontario, Canada such as Telus, Fido, Bell (and Solo) and Virgin Mobile. Time and time again Koodo's plans remained at the top of my list.

I got this phone plan for my university age son, thinking it was a good idea because it did not have a contract. Was I ever surprised! The support staff are rude and not supportive and when I decided to cancel they had a long list of fees I had to pay. Never again.
