Koodo is good if you hardly talk on your phone

A couple of my friends switched to Koodo. Their phone numbers begin with 226. It is long distance for me to call them from my cell phoe and they only live 5 km away from me. WHAT IS UP WITH THAT????

How is it that a phone company cannot even answer their phone. Not only is koody none quality dismal, koodo customer service is even worst. Stay away for this carrier by all means. VE

I have koodo, and I ,love it!
I have mainly the same plan as you, just I decided
not to add caller ID.
One of the only things I wish that koodo could improve
would be for koodo to get more phones. I wish they got nice smartphones and other awesome phones.

I was trying to sign up on line when I ran into a snag with transferring phone numbers, that I thought could be answered quickly with a phone call. After a half hour of listening to how important my call was, I hung up.Screw them Ttday I switch from Rogers to Bell instead of Koodo.
