I have tried many different cell phone companies and I am very happy with Koodo. I like the flexibility they offer and the service is good. I have never had a problem with my service and have always found the staff helpful and polite.

They don't work with you about anything. Won't bother looking up information about your account. Gives you the run around. Charges you for things not listed in your agreement. Charges you for options that aren't even on your phone. Threatens collections/court action if YOU don't comply... More

i was @ the distribution center @ the micmac mall.where manager asked a couple before me for 2 pieces of I.d.then when it was my turn the manager asked me for 3 pieces.in the end i didnt get no phone.because.i didnt have enough I.DS.why are they allowed to treat one customer different from another?
