I have tried many different cell phone companies and I am very happy with Koodo. I like the flexibility they offer and the service is good. I have never had a problem with my service and have always found the staff helpful and polite.

I have had my ups and downs with Koodo (sort of a love-hate relationship), but I can honestly say I've been much happier with them than with Bell or Rogers. But Koodo is not for everyone.

They live in metropolitain areas and rarely travel out of their zone, and also rarely have long distance calls..

Koodo has been great. I have the $25 unlimited text, 100 anytime minutes, and unlimited nights/weekends. I pay something like $7 more for an answering machine. I view and pay my bill online, through my bank account. I am on my 2nd phone and plan on getting a Blackberry through them soon.
