With Rogers I could tell exactly what I was getting billed for - not koodoo. Very hard to get customer service. Have not had any problems with the phone itself or the texting or calls.

very bad service when you sign up they explain something
when you cancel something else. they charge one month extra
to cancel, where do you see that paying one month extra after you cancel.

PROS:
- Cheap plans. (I pay $25 a month for my plan listed below.)

CONS:
- The TAB is still a CONTRACT (see below)
- Unreliable Text Messaging Service (not frequent)
- Horrible Customer Service

I was with Virgin and decided to have a change. I am waiting to see what the new cell phone operaters are going to offer in 2010. I bought a cheap Samsung for $50 and placed it on the tab. I use a phone for talking, not texting. I can't comment on what the texting service is like.

I hate this company i was with them for 3 months they messed up my bill montly and when i cancel i made paymentso n my bill and before i finished paying it off with 40 bucks left they sent it to CBV collections and fucked my credit for 5 years. its worst Customerservice ever!

They are a$$holes of the highest order... even after cutting me off for non-payment - after they imposed what I regard as some very bogus charges that I refused to pay, and they refused to waive - they continue to bill me monthly... and add to my debt to them.

i have no problems with koodo. they rock. no hidden fees. same bill every month. great customer service. i think i was on hold for max 5 mins when i called. but they do have one major problem. they have terrible phone. once they get some better phones. no one will be able to compete!!!
