For prepaid customers, the online service has been down for 3 days, one day according to koodo, must be the time difference as customer service is not in canada wow what a surprise, data booster may be a selection on your account page but does not work with blackberry, so why put it in the selection... For prepaid customers, the online service has been down for 3 days, one day according to koodo, must be the time difference as customer service is not in canada wow what a surprise, data booster may be a selection on your account page but does not work with blackberry, so why put it in the selection list? The only good thing about koodo is the price, the sales staff are not knowledgable in terms of services but do know how to take your money.

REALLY REALLY bad prepaid service. it's really annoying to come and buy a koodo voucher every month because they wont accept every kind of creditcard or visa debit card or sell their vouchers in popular stores. Everytime I go to their koodo stand in the mall I get treated like s***, they wont answer... More
REALLY REALLY bad prepaid service. it's really annoying to come and buy a koodo voucher every month because they wont accept every kind of creditcard or visa debit card or sell their vouchers in popular stores. Everytime I go to their koodo stand in the mall I get treated like s***, they wont answer my question correctly or they always have technical problems. the website is also pretty bad. you guys are really really incomptetant I am deeply regret choosing koodo and I will prevent everybody I know from choosing this s***** company

I have been a Koodo customer for approx. 2 years. I am happy with the products and packages available, however I am not happy with the online account services to access billing etc...I have not been able to access my account online for 6 months now. When I called to upgrade my package(because I couldnt do it on the website) I let them know that when I sign on the page shows up with my account number etc, but you can not access anything in the page because it says site is temporarily unavailable, EVERY single time. The rep didn't have a solution for it....so I try and sign on every month to overlook my bill, and can never look at it....They need to update their system or something, I am not a website expert but as a customer who is paperless billing it would be an asset to see what I am actually paying for......

Koodo has amazing plans - my phone bill was cut down from an average of $400/month with Rogers (two phones with data plans and the usual long distance charges I would make) to about $100 for two phones with data plans and unlimited long distance. I can talk MORE and pay a lot LESS... paying only 25%... More
Koodo has amazing plans - my phone bill was cut down from an average of $400/month with Rogers (two phones with data plans and the usual long distance charges I would make) to about $100 for two phones with data plans and unlimited long distance. I can talk MORE and pay a lot LESS... paying only 25% of what I used to pay with Rogers and having the freedom to call who I want, when I want, for as along as I want is amazing. I couldn't be happier.
