For prepaid customers, the online service has been down for 3 days, one day according to koodo, must be the time difference as customer service is not in canada wow what a surprise, data booster may be a selection on your account page but does not work with blackberry, so why put it in the selection list? The only good thing about koodo is the price, the sales staff are not knowledgable in terms of services but do know how to take your money.

i was PROMISED service at home but i had to drive out to the highway to make or receive calls. i found out later that my neighbours can't get service either. koodo then said that they were not responsible for my building. i live in a small bungalow. this provider provider is criminal. looking for others to file class action lawsuit

REALLY REALLY bad prepaid service. it's really annoying to come and buy a koodo voucher every month because they wont accept every kind of creditcard or visa debit card or sell their vouchers in popular stores. Everytime I go to their koodo stand in the mall I get treated like s***, they wont answer my question correctly or they always have technical problems. the website is also pretty bad. you guys are really really incomptetant I am deeply regret choosing koodo and I will prevent everybody I know from choosing this s***** company

Bought an iPhone 4 that was (supposedly) tested by the clerk at the Koodo kiosk, brought it back home, played around with it a bit, 1st time someone calls me - the person can't hear me. Turns out this defective unit only works when on speakerphone. The Koodo phone customer service and web site said 'just bring it back to the kiosk where you bought it', which I did, but now the clerk says I need to bring back the box (which they consider an essential 'accessory' that must be brought back for an exchange). At no point was I given this information, so I threw out the box and it's gone. So now I'm stuck with a phone that doesn't work, and Koodo won't honor its legal responsibility as a retailer, which would be to replace the unit they sold me.

I have been a Koodo customer for approx. 2 years. I am happy with the products and packages available, however I am not happy with the online account services to access billing etc...I have not been able to access my account online for 6 months now. When I called to upgrade my package(because I couldnt do it on the website) I let them know that when I sign on the page shows up with my account number etc, but you can not access anything in the page because it says site is temporarily unavailable, EVERY single time. The rep didn't have a solution for it....so I try and sign on every month to overlook my bill, and can never look at it....They need to update their system or something, I am not a website expert but as a customer who is paperless billing it would be an asset to see what I am actually paying for......

Koodo has amazing plans - my phone bill was cut down from an average of $400/month with Rogers (two phones with data plans and the usual long distance charges I would make) to about $100 for two phones with data plans and unlimited long distance. I can talk MORE and pay a lot LESS... paying only 25% of what I used to pay with Rogers and having the freedom to call who I want, when I want, for as along as I want is amazing. I couldn't be happier.

I have had not a single problem with Koodo since signing up. Seems to me, that people are always more willing & fast to leave a review when they've had a negative experience. That's too bad. Lots of good customer service reps out there doing a good job. I like the phone, and I love the service, and it's a great price.

The company is horrible on customer service on the phone and in person. The products are not bad but trying to get any kind of phone (obtaining a new phone) or with obtaining accessories for the new phone lacks personality and manners. They should learn from some of their competitors and upgrade on their customer service. We are their future not the devices...

I was with koodo for almost 6 months. I had cancelled my account and was still being billed for it three months later after I had moved so because I didn't live there I was not getting the bills for the service now they are sending me to collections not pleased with this at all. They are not willing to help me.
