i bought a samsung nexus from bestbuy on three year contract for 19.99 for the phone fido charged me 100.00 on my bill and said tuff luck sucker burned again buy these dirtbags went to both stores today got different stories from both places wil not deal with eather company ever again

Service isn't bad but when you try to get an unlock code for you phone (if you switch phones) then they require you to buy out the phone. This policy makes no sense at all because you technically own the phone as soon as you sign the contract and you shouldn't be required to buy out your contract... More

It is important to note that FIdo is owned by Rogers so the poor quality of service is not surprising. Their customer reps are not helpful and try to trick you by false promises over the phone.
