I have been a Bell customer for some time. I wont go into details, but please, don't sign a cellphone contract with them.

I took 2 cellphone contracts with them so far, and both cases were terrible.

First time, I called 3 months before the end of my contract to tell them I wanted Bell to stop billing me at the end of the contract. They told me to call later because I was calling too early (just in case I might forget and be billed for a longer period since it was to their advantage). I called later and they cancelled my account (instead of just cancelling my service).

Once my contract ended, I wanted to get a new cellphone, and it turned out that I could not get the price reduction on my next cellphone that I was supposed to get from bell because they CANCELLED my ACCOUNT. I was told they could not do anything. In exchange, they offered me a deal on my next plan.

However, 2 years / 3 into my contract, I had to relocate to the US. Therefore I cancelled my contract, and I was charged 5.95 times as much as my wife did by Fido even if she was only 1 year into her contract, and her cellphone was way more expansive then mine. The reason is that I have to pay back the "deal" they gave me in exchange of the price reduction I was entitled for for renewing with Bell.

So, in short, DONT EVER DEAL WITH BELL. Their service is CHEAPER, more EXPANSIVE, they treat you like crap, etc.

This is officially one of the worst company I ever had to deal with.

I have bell for almost two years..It was good until they charge me for GPS Navigator... $59.99... i refused to download a year ago because they want to charge me.. So, this month bill sudenyly Bell charge me for $ 59.>> they told me that i had download it intentionally and agree with the term>>>they told me the system will ask you more than 3 times.. it will never accidentally download>>>

the funny thing is that she told me that i donwload this month may 17.. which i never play aorund or download..

The point is that it sound like i am so naive or stupid or a big fat liar ....the supervisor is not willing to cancell or refund my money...

I told them i dont need it and i never used it and i never aware of this Navigator>>> if there is in my system i am willing to go to Bell to help me deleted it......

She said, nothing i can do except to pay the bill. However, she offer me discount 50%>>> wow it sound generous.. but if i dont need it even Free is a waste!!>>>

After having upgraded to iphone5 from iphone4, the contract renewed for another 3 years, I've experienced no or intermittent service on my cell, after numerous phone calls to tech support, I'm told it's a network problem and the tower is down, this with blocked tower there's high traffic, this meant after being told within my first few phone calls placed to tech support and being assured the problem would be solved within 24-48 hrs(all of which is a lie) and tickets being escalated, and promised returned phone calls with updates that never happened, I am now locked in to a contract with the nations worst cell network, customer service and no service or partial service!!! I cannot return the phone as my buyers remorse period is up!!! Lies told to me by their reps have deceived me into waiting too long and now I'm stuck!!! Absolute pathetic and outrageous behavior by a company!!! STAY AWAY FROM BELL MOBILITY!! Don't bother with these crooks who tell you lies and after they have u locked into a contract they tell you oh we're sorry but nothing we can do!

Bell has horrible customer service! They misbill! They are a horrible company that rips of its customers! Do not sign up with bell! Its a headache to deal with a company that takes pride in lying to its customers!

I truly believe that those of you posting positive comments about Bell are either paid employees or living in a dream land. I was with Rogers for four years and never had a problem. Moved to a rural area and had no choice but to go with Bell. I needed a dry loop cable installed for wirless Internet and literally took 3 days off work and no one showed up like they were supposed to. I called the company and was furious, threatened to close my account until they offered me a promotion package, apologized and promised free installation within the next two days. I bought into it, said yes, but am really regretting my decision because I just got a bill on the mail for $115 installation fee. I'm tired of their lying and sneakiness. I want an honest and accountable service provider. Why is that so hard?

I have the bell stick and have been charged for times that I have not been using my stick, all I get from customer service is "I'm sorry you are not happy." I can't figure out how when I am sleeping that I have been using the internet. Sorry I am not happy...whatever. Run as fast as you can and try someone else!!!!

Signed up to Bell during their $79.99 promotion in a grocery store. Promotion was for TV/Home phone/Internet Bundle.
The Internet/home phone technician showed up first thing in the morning in Saturday while installation was for afternoon and after 1 hour he was all done... installing 3 Gig Internet in my home when I paid for Fibe 25.
When I asked to get what I was billed for technician just calmly said: Sorry, it,s not available. But OK, we'll give you 5!!'
Can you imagine that? It took us 130 min just to call Bell customer support to find out they simply cannot provide us what we have paid for and what they have sold us.
Another 3 weeks to get disconnected .
Tons of calls literally every day just to disconnect from them.
Got back to old provider and very happy.
