Videotron steals your money and they are always playing dumb like they don't understand your issue. They dodge questions and accuse their faults on their supervisors, they take no responsibility for the satisfaction of the customer! All they want is your money, they don't even try to meet your needs!!!! Stay away from this company! I'm stuck with them for 2 years now because I cannot get out of my contract.... go with Koodo they care about their customer and they take their time to listen to your problems and do everything in their power to make you happy!!!! KOODO ALL THE WAY!!!!

Run as far as you can from them

They are a bunch of unabled people, right hand doesn't know what the left does. I have been without home phone for over 3 weeks now, since they came to my house. I had to have Bell come back and pay 50$ because of their mess. Every time you speak with customer service, they apologize and screw up... More

They are a bunch of unabled people, right hand doesn't know what the left does. I have been without home phone for over 3 weeks now, since they came to my house. I had to have Bell come back and pay 50$ because of their mess. Every time you speak with customer service, they apologize and screw up a bit more. They keep putting you on hold and come back with made up lines and never answer your questions. I asked to speak with a supervisor and they can't even transfer you, it's like they are watch dogs at customer service and try to fix what they messed up in the first place. Even the rep told me not to call in the afternoon because they are juniors so if you have issues, and you WILL, call in the morning. Go to Bell, go to Shaw, Rogers or any others but don't make the same mistake I did. Run, run, run, don't sign anything with them.

Worst mobile carrier company. No roaming warnings unless you pay 50$ extra. Never been warned about roaming charges inside Canada. Customer service won't waive the charges, they are useless. DO NOT SIGN WITH THEM

When you go to the dealer they will offer you a really "good" deal about plans or packages then after get ready to fight with them for your money because the bills amount to pay wont be what they told you the first time and will be like that forever ... you will be transfer to agents and seniors all the time to make you give up .. same thing at the Videotron dealer ... cellphone contract!! oh no I highly not recommend you that from this guys because there is when the big mistakes start from them to you always for u to pay more money and then you will have to fight again with them ... you want a cellphone to talk to your friends not to fight with your own provider about your money.

Misleading Information Durning Acount Activation

The only issue was that I was told it would go toward my phone deposit and my first three months would be pr paid. I had also negotiated to have one free month when I signed up. When I signed up with Videotron they wanted a deposit. I had no problem giving the deposit. The only issue was that I was told it would go toward my phone deposit and my first three months would be pr paid. I had also negotiated to have one free month when I signed up. I went to the kiosk and the called Videotron on the phone. They both verified in detail that the down payment would go towards the phone and the prepaid three months. Two months into the contract and I am receiving a bill. I should be receiving anything for another two months. They explained the employees gave me wrong information and the bulk of the down payment ($414) went to my phone not pre paying the bill. They wont do anything about it even though I was told by both the employee on the phone and at the Kiosk. They also bill one month in advance so I am totally receiving un expected bills this early in the contract. Not what I signed up for and will be canceling asap.
