I bought this phone because my Nokia X2 broke and I thought that one could not go wrong with a phone style that has existed for years. I was wrong. For its price, you can buy an old Nokia which will excel in performance over this one. Do not be fooled by all the "features" it has. It is phone that looks modern but in practice responds medieval. The software and user friendliness of the phone is absolute nonsense. Here are the details: -The battery life is about 2 days without using it with bluetooth off. (My Nokia was a week) -The alarm clock has never done its job. First of all, you have to modify an existing alarms clock to input your alarm clock. This then needs to be scrutinized for: 1. Needs to have the days on which it should run (so yes, make sure if tomorrow is "monday" that "monday" is set. 2. It is possible to disable the snooze feature (think about it logically in your mind, when is that necessary??) So be very careful every time you add an alarm clock... -Don't put your phone on vibrate, your alarm will never ring. I have not found a way to distinguish phone ringtone from alarm -To save a number, you need to select "use highlighted object" . To "highlight" an object, you need to keep pressing up or down until the "object" becomes red (not explained on phone) - If you accidentally press the hangup button while texting (which on this phone where the "clear" button is right next to the hangup button), the software will ask whether or not you want to save the text and exit (rather than asking if you would like to return to your texting menu). - I have never gotten the gps to give me an actual fix even while outdoors... (although frankly i dont care about a GPS, I find this a cheap lie to sell a GPS that doesn't work) -there is no timer feature -the camera saves images it can't display because "they're too big". In other words, it does not have a conversion feature for the image to down convert it to a manageable size (by the way, these are only 3MP images) I could go on. These types of phones have existed for ages. What a user is searching for us userfriendliness, not a phone that pretends to give "features" that don't even work.

Smooth web browsing when using edge and great when using 3g,large and clear display 2.4'' that takes the better part of front face, supports 3gps and mp4 video formats, clear sound output when playing songs, however its experiences some echos as you add volume. However good it may sound this phone does come with its demerits or shortcomings; it does not play alot of 240 by 320 apps and games out there, you have to tirelessly download-delete to find one that will work, does not stream youtube unless someone prove's otherwise, the camera is crap cz the results is not what you would expect a 3mp camera to do,the photos are blurry so are the video's which can otherwise be rendered unwatchable, the battery could have been better,i end up charging it twice a day yet the phone is barely a month n a half old, in conclusion, its a nice, cool, light and capable phone and ofcourse its quit cheap but i would recommend huawei u3100 if u want more j2me apps, better battery life and its also cheaper but with a 2.0'' as opposed to 2.4'' its a big difference though compared side by side,

Even though it's a 12-numeric keypad, it's a cool phone.

The ZTE F160 is one cool phone. It supports Opera Mini, it has gps applications, it has weather applications. If i compare it with the LG NEON, I think the F160 wins. Another cool thing about the F160 is that when you click the ignore button while using an app, it will ask you if you really want to close the current app. When you click Hide, you will see the main screen. And the app will be running. To go back to the running app, click the Running Apps button. (The one below the answer button.)
