Pro: one hand use, camara, and screen size
Con: does not support downloads like ringtones
overall it is a good phone. the thing i dont like is the treo 650 has a camcorder and it is alot nicer

Pro: great compatibility with software, love the keyboard,e-mail and web
Con: software that comes with it is dull, if you want a palm/smartphone with pocket tunes, games, and docs to go all bundled with it upgrade to the 650
great value overall

I bought this phone without doing the research I usually do because I've owned a Palm PDA for years. Turns out this phone and the 650 are part of a class action lawsuit because of the problems the phone has had.

I have had this phone for over a year and have been very happy with it. I used to carry a pda and a phone now I only have to carry one, plus I can check my email without going home.
This phone has made my life easier and I would recommend it to anyone.
