A very good option if you don't fancy gargantuan phones

The X10 mini pro with its keyboard costs $46.71 more than the mini. But like the latter, the mini pro has great usability, snappy performance and a well-designed user interface for the tiny display. Some may say it doesn't provide the whole Android experience, but for a tiny phone that can easily slip... More

Decent reception, sharp call quality and solid 3G web experience

We can't give a final star rating to these two charming baby Android phones since Sony Ericsson wasn't able to provide us with ballpark pricing. Our guess is that they'll sell for $300 to $350 without a contract, and if that's the case, we give them a thumbs-up if you're looking for an incredibly pocketable... More

A great device that certainly will meet the needs of many users

At the end of the day, the X10 Mini is a great device that certainly will meet the needs of many users. If you are after small form factor, this device is perfect. If you also find that you aren’t going to be writing lengthy emails or text messages, once again, this device may be for you. However,... More

A phone built for short bursts of consuming, not interacting

If you’re looking for a tiny phone, packed with enough power to glance at what your friends are saying, and pull out Google Maps or another app in an emergency, the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini is right at the top of the pile. It’s smoother than anything from INQ, Nokia or Motorola for a... More

It is likely to appeal to younger users

Overall, the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 mini will appeal to some, but we don't think it will be the typical Android user. As you can get this phone for free on low cost contracts, it is likely to appeal to younger users and we feel that Android makes it much more versatile than other low cost feature phones.... More

Fits well in your pocket, but the touchscreen is sometimes hard to handle

This was my first smartphone. The apps of the android system are great, but if you download many of them your system is likely to crash a lot. The touchscreen may be cool at first, but sometimes simple tasks such as dialing or saving a number may become annoying, especially if the system gets slower... More

Awful

Just awful. Among other things the battery life is terrible; full charge required every day on even the lightest of use with lowest brightness. You'll need to grab Advanced Task Killer to kill off all the apps which run processes in the background pretty much nonstop if unchecked. Another incredibly... More

Just spent the WHOLE entire weekend super geeked to get my phone on Tuesday (did 1 day shipping.) My phone gets here and I am climbing the walls as this is my birthday gift to myself. I unbox the phone, its really really tiny, my debit and credit cards are bigger than this phone, no biggie there.
