My first six months with this phone I experienced no problems at all. After that though, I have been experiencing more and more problems every week. At first it was just the screen blacking out, and I would take out the battery hoping that it would work.

Dropped it in the footbath at Waikiki where people rinse the sand off their feet. Thought it would be kaput, but upon fishing it out, I discovered that the power was still on. Opened it up, took out battery and SIM card, wiped off any moisture I could see and everything has been working fine since.

Pros:
1) It feels more sturdy and well-built compare to some other messenger phone around the same price range.
2) The keys are pretty firm and easy to use by feel alone (compare to a touch screen phone that you have to look at the screen to press and still miss the key)
