I agree with EVERY other post. My 2008 sidekick will also randomly shut off, or the screen will go black forcing me to turn the phone off....aaaand of course when I do that I loose everything on my phone. Please, do yourself the honest liberty of getting an iPhone if you want true internet freedom, speed, and access. I went wrong by getting this and not the iPhone. i love this phone i got it for my birthday and i couldn't have asked for anything better it is totally conveniant with a cool desighn the swivel screen is a plus

but over all i give it an A++++++++
