Despite its weak screen and camera, the Samsung Repp is a decent entry-level Android phone for U.S. Cellular. But you can do a lot better without having to spend any money. Whether you consider the Samsung Repp boils down to a couple of conditions: if you aren't fussed by its small size, its more simple outlook, or the lower-capacity everything, it's probably the right on-contract price.
